Hemlock, Michigan job type: Contract salary: $31.64 - 44.29 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead hazard analyses (HAZOP/PHA) to define necessary safeguards and guarantee robust process safety compliance across the plant.
Apply chemical engineering principles and statistical data analysis to optimize safe process design, scale-up, and continuous manufacturing operations.
Utilize structured problem-solving in lab, pilot, and manufacturing environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve technical and operational upsets.
Maintain accurate technical documentation (including procedures and P&IDs) and clearly communicate project progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
