Breckenridge, Minnesota job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead and support capital projects (CAPEX) from design through installation, commissioning, and hand-off, ensuring safety, budget, and timeline alignment. Optimize manufacturing processes across fermentation, utilities, sanitation, and packaging to improve efficiency, yield, reliability, and cost. Analyze process data and performance trends using control systems and analytical tools to troubleshoot issues and strengthen process control. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process specifications, drawings, SOPs, and change-control records. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, supporting equipment selection, scope definition, and quality installation. Collaborate with Production and Maintenance to support new technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 3 years of experience
