Chemical Engineer (Relocation Assistance) Excellent Benefits!
- Lead the development and scale-up of new chemical products and processes from laboratory and pilot stages through commercial production.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes and equipment with expertise in mixing, mass transfer, heat transfer, process control, and process optimization.
- Conduct research involving batch, semi-batch, and continuous processing systems, including continuous chemical reactions, crystallization, and mechanochemical technologies.
- Develop and evaluate mixing systems for solid-solid, liquid-solid, and liquid-liquid applications, applying strong knowledge of mixing fundamentals and scale-up principles.
- Define project requirements, lead technical investigations, and create experimental protocols to resolve process and product challenges.
- Apply advanced chemical engineering theories and research methodologies to solve complex technical problems and drive innovation.
- Prepare technical reports, reaction protocols, grant proposals, and present findings to internal teams, customers, investors, government agencies, and research partners; international travel required.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required with a minimum of 6 years of experience in chemical process development, R&D, and product commercialization #GRP2
