This role is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and repeatable molding operations by adjusting process parameters, validating part quality, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of injection molding, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and enhance process stability. Set up, start, and optimize injection molding processes to meet quality and production requirements. Adjust machine parameters, temperatures, pressures, and cycle times to ensure consistent part quality. Establish and maintain process settings, adjustments, and production notes accurately. Troubleshoot molding issues such as flash, short shots, splay, and dimensional inconsistencies. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment or process issues. Assist with mold trials, product launches, and training of junior technicians. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Interested in this position?
