- Role Purpose
- Develop and deploy machine vision and PC-based control solutions that enable real-time inspection and closed-loop control in automated manufacturing systems, with a strong focus on scalability and manufacturability.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Design and implement machine vision systems for in-process inspection across automated production equipment.
+ Integrate vision solutions with PC-based controls and automation platforms. + Partner with mechanical, process, and systems engineers to ensure inspection solutions support production needs. + Support commissioning, tuning, and long-term optimization of vision and control systems. + Ensure solutions are designed for repeatable deployment across manufacturing environments.
- Required Experience & Attributes
- + Strong technical depth in vision systems and software-based controls.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence system design through technical expertise. + Experience moving inspection technologies from development into production use. + Focus on building solutions that scale beyond a single application. + Must be available for significant travel, primarily domestic, to multiple locations to support business needs. International travel could be required as well.
- Preferred Capabilities
- + Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline + 8+ years of experience in machine vision, controls engineering, or industrial automation. Will consider less years of experience with advanced degree.

- The range for this position is $112,902.00 - $155,240.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
