The Shift Supervisor will oversee our plastic injection molding operations, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Available Shifts:
Midnights:
11:30 pm to 7:15 am
Supervisor/Process Tech Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all employees Lead daily shift start up meetings to set goals and objectives around safety, quality, delivery and cost Assigns tasks to workers to coordinate workflow to meet production schedules Supervises and assists the entire process of start-up, shut down, answering alarms, processing, molding, trimming, packaging, milling, assembling and inspection of parts produced on his/her shift Investigates malfunction of machines, equipment and process and takes appropriate corrective action Overseas required data on production, processing, attendance, training, safety and performance evaluations forms Must know or be able to obtain RJG training (processing experience). Must have injection molding/plastics experience Other duties may be assigned, as needed Pay is dependent on experience.
