Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Injection Molding Processor who takes pride in setting up, troubleshooting, and keeping production running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, take ownership on the floor, and grow their technical skillset in a fast-paced molding environment. What you'll do: Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs Perform mold changes and machine setup (mold setting, startup, shut down) Troubleshoot process issues and adjust parameters to hold quality and cycle targets Support R D runs, new tool trials, and complex or challenging molds Work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues quickly Monitor part quality and make real-time process adjustments Help drive improvements in scrap, uptime, and overall efficiency Follow all safety and standard work procedures What we're looking for: Injection molding processing, setup, or mold setting experience Strong troubleshooting ability on presses and tooling issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Exposure to complex tooling or R D work is a plus A hungry, hands-on operator mindset who wants to grow and take ownership Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed Why this role: You'll be on the floor working directly with complex molds and real production challenges, with the ability to make an immediate impact on quality, output, and efficiency in a growing operation.
