Job Description
PROMAN Staffing is happy to support our global manufacturing client to fill a Process Engineer role at their Solon, Ohio facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong growth and impact. What You'll Do Lead process improvements, root cause analysis & corrective actions Drive lean initiatives and reduce manufacturing waste Improve quality across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Manage non-conformances, audits, and quality trends Partner with operations, engineering, and suppliers What You Bring Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) 2+ years in manufacturing, quality, or process engineering Lean/continuous improvement experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills
