Job Description

Company Description Great Southern Technologies (GST) is an innovative specialty engineering company and industry leader in new technologies, consulting, engineering, and field services in the refining and petrochemical sectors. GST offers expertise in new equipment, revamp initiatives, and study‐based projects of direct fired heaters and focuses on optimizing performance, reducing emissions, and improving project efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Broken Arrow, OK, involved in the new design, revamp, study and start-up projects within the company. This includes an array of job responsibilities, learning opportunities along with industry exposure. To best service this position, the individual must have process design experience (3-5 yrs), fulfill required traveling to the field both domestic and international, provide support to sales efforts, and the mechanical department when needed. With the above requirements, individual will need to possess innovative thinking for process design challenges, self-motivated, and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. These items are essential to the support and success of Great Southern Technologies. Currently, average amount of field travel time is an estimated 20-25% of position. The requirement to travel may occur at a moment's notice. Remaining time will be spent performing the below in-office responsibilities. Qualifications and Responsibilities
PROCESS/SALES
Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering Methodologies Develop and Prepare Proposal Packages, Estimating and Field Analysis Reports Develop & Improve Current Technologies & Procedures Build Client / Vendor Relations Prepare and Co-Perform Presentations to Clients Evaluate Vendor Designs Familiarity with Industry Standards and Environmental Regulations Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills to Work Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams
