April 23, 2026 : #Eng-IT-01 Job Summary We are seeking a Process Controls & Automation Engineer to support our operations in Washington, PA. The role involves improving and streamlining manufacturing processes through the design, configuration, implementation, support, and integration of process control and automation systems. You'll develop process control applications using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems (SCADA). Responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot challenges to recommend continuous improvement strategies and solutions. Apply advanced engineering principles and process control strategies to enhance operating efficiency of automation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process control models and strategies for strong outputs, reliability, and efficiencies. Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and project modifications. Ensure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained. Interface with multiple equipment suppliers to understand their equipment operation and control. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with exposure to Automation, Programming, and control systems theory. Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience in electrical process controls, automation, or electrical controls and instrumentation. Advanced degree in Engineering. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Based Control Systems. Controls Systems PE or Electrical PE license.
