Process Engineer | $120K-$145K | High-Impact Manufacturing Role Insight Global is partnering with a large-scale manufacturing operation looking to bring on a Process Engineer who can drive real change on the plant floor. This is a strong opportunity for someone who doesn't just maintain processes, but actively improves them - solving problems, increasing output, and making a measurable impact on safety, quality, and production performance. - Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause solutions
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams on daily process improvements
- Improve process stability and overall plant performance
- Develop and maintain control plans, FMEAs, and standard work
- Support TPM and equipment reliability efforts
- Coach and support teams on continuous improvement best practices What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
- Proven ability to analyze data and solve process-related issues
- Comfortable working hands-on in a plant environment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials, etc) Compensation $120,000 - $145,000 base salary Annual bonus opportunity based on performance Compensation is dependent on experience, education, and overall fit
