We are currently around 1,500 employees and tripling headcount over the next three years. This is one of the highest priority hires in our engineering team right now and the opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the company's growth. The Role This Process Engineer III sits in our Machine Shop. You will own precision machining processes, troubleshoot CNC equipment, drive continuous improvement, and support new product and process introductions in a fully FDA and ISO regulated environment. This is a highly hands-on, floor-based role. If you are at home in a machine shop and thrive on technical problem solving, this is the role for you. What You Will Be Doing Owning precision machining processes to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant production Troubleshooting CNC equipment through hands-on inspection and root cause analysis, including Siemens and Fanuc controlled machines Working with multi-axis mills, grinding machines, lathes, and lapping equipment day to day Leading
IQ/OQ/PQ
equipment validations for new machining equipment and tooling Driving continuous improvement to reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize cycle times Using SPC and Cpk analysis to monitor process capability Partnering with quality on CAPA investigations and non-conformance resolution Supporting new product launches and NPI through machining process expertise Coordinating Engineering Change Notices and providing technical ownership for machining suppliers What We Are Looking For B achelor's degree in Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience, or Master's with 2 to 4 years Hands-on CNC machining experience
  • multi-axis milling, grinding, turning, lathes, and lapping Aerospace, defence, or other high-precision manufacturing background strongly preferred Experience with graphite, ceramic, or EDM machining is a significant differentiator Familiarity with CAM software such as Mastercam and the ability to generate and optimise toolpaths Experience troubleshooting Siemens and/or Fanuc CNC machinery Strong data-driven problem solving•SPC, root cause analysis, CAPA Lean manufacturing experience The Package Base salary up to $120,000 7% annual bonus Equity participation Full medical, dental, and vision 401K with employer contribution Employee stock purchase plan Unlimited PTO Tuition reimbursement Standard hours•7:30AM to 4:30
