Houston, Texas job type: Contract salary: $68.00 - 77.03 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Apply chemical engineering methods to develop hydraulic calculations, relief system designs (PSV sizing), and schematics for utility systems utilizing distillation processes.

Develop and review critical technical deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets ensuring all designs strictly meet industry codes and standards.

Partner with diverse engineering teams and interface directly with clients, vendors, and construction crews to guarantee technical alignment and flawless project execution.

Champion technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a highly collaborative environment.
