Design, plan, and execute process improvement projects to enhance PVC resin production efficiency and stability, including cost estimation, option comparison, risk evaluation, and project scheduling. Analyze and optimize key process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, and composition) to maintain stable operations, improve product quality, and reduce operational risk. Utilize PI Process Book and DCS data to analyze process trends, diagnose abnormalities, and adjust control strategies for improved performance. Monitor and analyze LIMS laboratory data to evaluate process control throughout production stages and ensure consistent product quality. Evaluate the impact of piping and equipment materials on process stability and product quality; Collaborate with engineering teams to implement alternative materials that improve reliability and reduce lifecycle costs. Perform inspections, corrosion mechanism analysis, and material degradation assessments for pipelines and equipment, identifying damage modes such as general corrosion, pitting, erosion-corrosion, and chemical attack to support asset integrity management programs. Develop and support inspection and monitoring strategies based on corrosion risk, including evaluation of inspection data and coordination with maintenance teams to mitigate material degradation and extend equipment lifecycle. Integrate equipment and process data (fluid properties, temperature, pressure, flow rate) to support process optimization and preventive maintenance strategies. Evaluate VOC emissions and residual chemicals in wastewater to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Coordinate across departments to align production, maintenance, inspection, and improvement activities for efficient execution. Prepare production performance, abnormal operation, and improvement reports to support management decision-making.
