Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret blueprints Select appropriate tooling with a strategic focus on maximizing tool life and performance on high running jobs Create efficient CNC programs using advanced CAD/CAM Software Provide troubleshooting support to resolve production issues and ensure minimal downtime Apply critical thinking and root-cause analysis to improve machining processes Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency
Job Qualifications:
Experience in machining process development, project management, and CNC programming Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Excellent interpersonal skills, such as collaboration, listening, respect, and work ethic Compensation & Benefits Your pay is determined based on your skills, experience, and market data for this position.
