Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of engineering initiatives. Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD and CAD tools to create detailed process layouts and equipment designs. Manage projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and adhering to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations to maintain product quality. Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and validate new methodologies. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational performance. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards by maintaining thorough documentation and quality controls. Skills Strong foundation in chemistry, chemical engineering principles, and process engineering techniques. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for effective project scheduling. CAD, CAD

software, and other design tools for process layout development. Experience with laboratory testing, data analytics, and interpreting scientific results. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, CGMP standards, FDA regulations, and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), quantum engineering concepts, and lean manufacturing strategies. Excellent math skills for modeling processes, analyzing data trends, and solving complex engineering problems. Senior Chemical Etch Subject Matter Expert (SME) The Chemical Etch SME is responsible for the setup and qualification of new equipment, definition and optimization of etch processes, and continuous process improvements to drive yield, throughput, and COPQ reduction. This role provides technical leadership across manufacturing, ensuring robust product flow and process control. The SME will lead change initiatives, partner cross‑functionally, and drive data‑based improvements to improve quality, cost, and operational performance.
