Start Date:
ASAP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Process Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and technical transfer activities within a sterile aseptic fill-finish manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in transferring products and processes from clients into manufacturing operations, ensuring successful process implementation, validation, and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer, and aseptic processing, along with the ability to work directly on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced CDMO environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support NPI technical transfer activities for incoming client programs. Develop and execute technology transfer plans, process control strategies, and technical turnover documentation. Coordinate process development, validation, and site readiness activities for transferred products. Perform risk assessments and support process characterization activities. Author and review batch protocols, study protocols, technical reports, and validation documentation. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer and implementation of manufacturing processes. Support hands-on manufacturing activities, including batch execution and troubleshooting on the production floor. Manage and support quality systems activities including change controls, deviations, investigations, and study closures. Analyze process data and provide technical recommendations to optimize manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company quality requirements throughout transfer and validation activities. Required Qualifications Experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. Strong experience supporting NPI and technical transfer projects . Hands-on experience in aseptic sterile manufacturing and fill-finish operations . Experience working directly on manufacturing lines and production floor environments. Knowledge of process validation, technology transfer, and process control strategies. Experience authoring technical documentation, protocols, reports, and risk assessments. Familiarity with deviation management, investigations, and change control processes. Prior experience working in a CDMO environment is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical discipline preferred. Experience supporting client-facing technical transfer programs. Knowledge of sterile drug product manufacturing and regulatory expectations.
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
