Full Job Description Requirement:
10+ years demonstrated scientific molding experience, coupled with strong scientific molding education. Strong Scientific molding background RJG MMI, MMII, Train the Trainer, AIM Institute. Proficient user of
Microsoft Office:
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to perform statistical analysis and rational, Minitab experience preferred. Proficient Knowledge of RJG's CoPilot system and graph interpretation.
Demonstrate strong communication/mentoring skills:
classes, training, or relevant experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
