What You Will Do:
Lead the design and development of civil engineering solutions across water resources, drainage, and infrastructure projects Perform engineering evaluations, design work, and cost estimation on awarded projects Design stormwater ponds, drainage systems, and conveyance infrastructure Navigate permitting requirements and prepare permit applications with jurisdictional agencies Manage projects and budgets while collaborating with engineers and support staff Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We Need:
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program 10 to 15 years of civil engineering experience Active FL PE license or ability to obtain Florida certification Hands-on experience with pond design, stormwater, drainage, and hydrology and hydraulics Experience with ICPR or other state-approved hydraulic modeling software AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365 skills are a strong plus Strong communication and project management skills
