This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing technical aspects, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional technical expertise, and a passion for delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in advancing our engineering initiatives while fostering collaboration across departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop detailed project schedules utilizing project management tools and techniques, including Project scheduling software. Prepare and review construction estimates, cost analyses, and resource allocations to optimize project efficiency. Coordinate with design teams using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Schematics to develop accurate system designs and drawings. Oversee construction management activities such as site inspections, quality control, safety compliance, and progress reporting. Utilize GIS, Arc
GIS, HEC
(Hydrologic Engineering Centers), SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), and other technical tools for data analysis and system modeling. Collaborate with geotechnical engineers, land surveyors, water treatment specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated project delivery. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including reports, specifications, and procedures with precision using technical writing standards. Conduct construction inspection activities to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Manage project documentation using Bluebeam or similar digital tools for efficient review and approval processes. Experience Proven experience in civil engineering or construction management roles with a focus on infrastructure projects such as pipelines, water/wastewater treatment facilities, or land development. Extensive knowledge of project management principles combined with hands-on experience in project scheduling and cost estimation. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit for drafting and system design purposes. Familiarity with GIS platforms like ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping tasks. Strong understanding of hydraulics systems, geotechnical engineering concepts, system design principles, and construction inspection procedures. Experience working with HEC models or SWMM for hydrological modeling is highly desirable. Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction schematics accurately while coordinating multidisciplinary teams effectively. Excellent communication skills for technical writing and stakeholder engagement across diverse project phases.
