Job Description

Civil Engineer Locations:
Biloxi, MS | Memphis, TN | Little Rock, AR Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple locations, supporting design and development initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform civil engineering design for land development and infrastructure projects
  • Utilize hydrology and hydraulics principles to support project analysis and solutions
  • Develop and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Conduct modeling and analysis using HEC-RAS
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Prepare technical reports, plans, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Fundamentals of Engineering required/ PE Preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant civil engineering experience Technical Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of HEC-RAS
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience in project design, land development, and hydrology/hydraulics Core Competencies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
