Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with EPC project experience in the metals and minerals industry. The role involves designing and reviewing structural systems for large-scale industrial plants and infrastructure while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Structural Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform design and analysis of concrete, steel, and foundation structures. Review and prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (AISC, ACI, Eurocodes, IS codes). Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, and construction. Assist with structural integrity checks and address site-related engineering issues. Collaborate with civil, piping, and mechanical teams for integrated plant designs. Support knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices. Structural Engineer Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. 7+ years' experience in structural engineering/design, including EPC projects in metals/mining/heavy industry. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundations. Proficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla, or similar tools. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Note:
The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship. Structural Engineer Physical Demands Must be able to work weekends and long hours in a high-pressure working environment. Must be accessible at any time for emergencies. Requires frequent bending, stooping and lifting. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
