Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a Project Engineer to support construction and infrastructure projects by providing technical, administrative, and coordination support. This role works closely with operations, project management, and field teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction practices, project coordination, and technical documentation, with exposure to electrical or underground construction projects preferred. Key Responsibilities Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support execution Compile and analyze project data, including cost, materials, and schedules Prepare reports, estimates, bids, schedules, and project documentation Assist in resolving design conflicts, discrepancies, and field issues Support material tracking, inventory checks, and quantity verification Coordinate administrative tasks such as timesheets, billing, and project setup Assist in contract review and ensure compliance with project requirements Communicate project updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders Support project teams in maintaining accurate records and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, and accounting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction support Experience in electrical and/or underground construction preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and processes Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools Basic understanding of construction estimating and cost tracking Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Combination of office-based work and field/site visits Up to 25% travel to project locations May require extended hours, including evenings/weekends, to meet deadlines Additional Requirements Ability to pass background and drug screening Must meet site-specific access/security requirements where applicable Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work in various environmental conditions (field settings) Why Apply Opportunity to work on diverse construction and infrastructure projects Exposure to both field and office-based project operations Growth potential within a dynamic project environment
