5+ Years We are seeking a motivated and innovative Structural Engineer / Professional Engineer (PE) to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis and support for commercial construction projects Review inspection reports, drawings, and related project documentation Assist in developing and improving internal engineering procedures and processes Collaborate with fabrication teams, contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Support special inspections and field-related engineering activities Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution Work closely with leadership to help expand and develop the engineering department Provide practical, solution-oriented input throughout project lifecycles Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license required Registered in the State of Arizona (or ability to obtain quickly) 5+ years of structural engineering experience Strong background in construction-related projects Experience working with fabrication, inspections, or field operations preferred Ability to think independently and contribute innovative ideas Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a growing environment Preferred Traits Hands-on and solutions-driven Entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable wearing multiple hats Not interested in being confined to a purely desk-based role Collaborative and team-oriented personality What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not a rigid corporate engineering role.
