Structural Engineer (3+ years of experience)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ . This full-time in-person role offers a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and hands-on experience working with various materials and structural systems. Our diverse project portfolio includes expertise in wood, masonry, concrete, and steel, with projects such as: Office buildings Office-warehouse facilities Retail spaces Restaurants Hotels Self-storage units Tenant improvements and building additions Enhancements to commercial structures In this role, you will also conduct site visits and perform structural inspections to ensure project success and quality standards are met. Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

Experience:

3+ years of structural engineering design experience in the U.S .

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.

Certification:

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment). Familiarity with structural software, such as: Enercalc / RetainPro

RISA 3D, RISA
