Senior structural engineering role focused on structural analysis, design, code compliance, lateral systems, steel and concrete structures, and industrial facility projects. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering Professional Engineer license Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience Proficiency with U.S. building codes, including
IBC, ASCE
7, ACI, and AISC Proficiency with structural engineering analysis software Proficiency with Navisworks Proficiency with Bluebeam Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel structures Experience designing and analyzing traditional concrete structures Knowledge of lateral analysis and design for wind and seismic systems Ability to apply required building code provisions Experience checking structural calculations Preferred Skills Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering Master's degree in Structural Engineering Structural Engineer license Experience with semiconductor industrial facilities Experience with general industrial facilities Experience leading medium-sized engineering teams Job Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis and design with little or no supervision Plan and conduct structural engineering work requiring independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria Apply engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to structural design work Perform lateral analysis and design for wind and seismic systems Apply building code provisions to structural engineering designs Perform quality control reviews of structural engineering work Check structural calculations completed by other engineers Manage assigned structural engineering workload Own assigned portions of structural scope Complete assigned structural engineering work within schedule, budget, and quality requirements
