Responsibilities:
Attend meetings with Project Managers and General Contractors Submittal preparation and organization Project change order management Safety oversight of job sites Tool management and control RFI management and control
Requirements:
Preferred electrical background in the water/ wastewater treatment/ process- based industry or commerical. Knowledge of software required for producing 2D drawings including, but not limited to AutoCAD. Basic PC experience in Windows environments: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as web-enabled applications relative to BIM/VDC Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions General math skills Understanding of how to build a submittal/ O and M Manual Understanding of construction design and document coordination Basic knowledge of construction nomenclature and techniques (means and methods) Work alone on assigned projects PC Experience with
