Pilkington Construction Co. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of complex Commercial, Government, and Federal projects. If you have 5+ years of experience and are proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities You will collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Project Controls:
Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement logs, and project schedules.
Technical Oversight:
Review project drawings/specifications to identify scope gaps, conflicts, and constructability issues.
Coordination:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Leadership:
Lead project meetings, support safety initiatives, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Financials:
Review cost reports and assist in managing project budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience in construction project engineering or management (Healthcare, Commercial, or Industrial preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of contracts, change management, and construction codes.
Preferred:
Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or Public Works projects. OSHA 30 certification is a plus. Compensation & Benefits We invest in our team's health and financial future.
Financial Rewards:
$60,000 - $90,000+ Annual Salary (Based on Experience) Profit Sharing 401(k) with Employer Match up to 4%
