We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll handle property repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general property repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve tenant repair requests in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials, and labor. 10yrs of drywall experience Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades. Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
