Job Description

Job Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to gain hands-on experience in project execution and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality builds.
Responsibilities Documentation & Records Management:
Maintain and track submittals, RFIs, and project documents, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Support:
Assist in design clarifications, field coordination, and change order management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Help develop and maintain project schedules, prepare two-week look-ahead plans, and coordinate material deliveries to keep projects on track.
Financial & Procurement Support:
Process and track purchase orders and subcontractor invoices, assisting in budget updates and cost management.
Field & Quality Assurance:
Conduct site walks, monitor construction progress, and support issue resolution to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
Project Closeout:
Assist in gathering closeout documentation, resolving punch list items, and archiving project records for final project completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or industrial engineering or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management and scheduling. Familiarity with construction processes, plans, and procurement. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support field and office operations.

Full-time Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
