Full Job Description Job Overview:
Primoris Gas Operations, which consist of companies such as Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services , Snelson and Pipejacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience working in the natural gas distribution industry. Over this time, we have maintained numerous customer relationships spanning more than two decades. Providing a safe environment, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to our customers is the foremost focus of our operations. Snelson has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer for Ceres, CA . Project Engineer will support the Project Manager on assigned projects .
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Review Project Bid Documents, Permits, and Proposals prior to the start of construction activities. Participate in Organizational/project meetings. Provide feedback to managers and project team. Field based when assigned to project. Track and Submit Weekly Quantity Trackers for use in billing process. Coordinate with Foremen and Project Manager to provide schedule updates. Help Identify out-of-scope work or Change in Conditions that will require an RFI. Create RFI/change order estimates with input from Superintendent. Coordinate Notifications to property owners ahead of work starting. Work with Project Manager and Scheduler to update project schedule.
Position Requirements:
Post Secondary Education in Construction Manager or related field preferred. Experience in the onshore Oil & Gas or Energy industry preferred. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to project sites as needed to ensure successful project execution. Field Engineer/Project Engineer Experience in Engineering and/or Construction firm Experience managing multiple individual projects preferred. Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating. Snelson is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.

Compensation:
$90,000-120,000/year (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
