Position Overview:
- The Mid- to Senior-Level Civil Engineer (PE) will provide technical leadership and project oversight for a diverse portfolio of municipal civil engineering projects. The position combines hands-on engineering, mentoring of junior staff, client engagement, and participation in business development and regional growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead and manage a variety of municipal civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, stormwater, and public works efforts + Coordinate project delivery, quality control, technical standards, and peer review + Serve as a technical resource and coach for developing engineers and junior staff + Collaborate with regional leadership to identify and grow new project opportunities and revenue streams + Engage with public agency and private-sector clients to support long-term partnerships + Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of the coastal regional office + Balance technical execution with the business side of engineering consulting •
Qualifications:
