Civil Engineer We currently seek a high-caliber Mid- to Senior-Level Civil Engineer (PE) for a direct hire basis within our client's team of experienced professionals in Coos Bay, Oregon. Position Overview:
The Mid- to Senior-Level Civil Engineer (PE) will provide technical leadership and project oversight for a diverse portfolio of municipal civil engineering projects. The position combines hands-on engineering, mentoring of junior staff, client engagement, and participation in business development and regional growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a variety of municipal civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, stormwater, and public works efforts Coordinate project delivery, quality control, technical standards, and peer review Serve as a technical resource and coach for developing engineers and junior staff Collaborate with regional leadership to identify and grow new project opportunities and revenue streams Engage with public agency and private-sector clients to support long-term partnerships Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of the coastal regional office Balance technical execution with the business side of engineering consultingQualifications:
