In the role of Mechanical EIT, we'll count on you to: Coordinate mechanical aspects of commercial or institutional projects Perform routine mechanical engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures Write and edit mechanical specifications, and select mechanical systems and devices Utilize engineering software to develop HVAC loads, energy analysis and mechanical equipment selections Prepare construction documents for HVAC and plumbing design of buildings, including drawings, specifications and reports Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects Supervise work of Mechanical CAD Technicians, and coordinate design of assigned projects with architectural staff and other engineering disciplines Take responsibility for construction contract administration requiring field inspections and conflict resolution Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Commercial/Institutional experience in healthcare a plus Master's degree in in Mechanical Engineering Healthcare and Hospital design experience Comprehension of

The expected compensation range for this position is $71,000 - $101,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
