We specialize in delivering high-quality, integrated design solutions across multiple disciplines. Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing efficient and innovative designs for our clients. We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is motivated, detail-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Position Overview The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and development of structural systems for a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers. Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for wood, steel, and concrete structures Prepare structural calculations, reports, and construction documents Develop and review drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to integrate structural systems Ensure designs comply with the latest building codes and applicable standards Conduct site visits as needed to verify existing conditions and support construction Review project drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability Assist in permitting and plan check responses Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (required) 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience EIT required; PE license (or in progress) strongly preferred Strong knowledge of the California Building Code and structural design standards Proficiency in Revit Experience with AutoCAD Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, Enercalc, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working on residential and light commercial projects Familiarity with permitting processes in California Interest in long-term professional growth and licensure Work Environment Collaborative, small-team setting Opportunity for hands-on project involvement Supportive of professional development and licensure goals Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Health benefits Professional development support Schedule Full-time 8-hour shift Monday to
