Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Licensed Structural Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing structural projects that ensure safety, stability, and sustainability. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive system designs, oversee construction phases, and utilize advanced engineering tools to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will help shape resilient structures while adhering to project timelines and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Develop detailed structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to create precise drawings and models. Conduct structural analysis utilizing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools to evaluate load capacities and material performance. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and construction specifications through clear technical writing. Coordinate project scheduling and management activities to ensure timely delivery of design phases and construction milestones. Collaborate with geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, and system designers to integrate geotechnical data, GIS information, and civil engineering principles into comprehensive project plans. Oversee construction activities by providing technical guidance during site inspections and ensuring adherence to design specifications. Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markup, and project communication to streamline workflows across teams. Manage project engineering tasks including drafting, system design adjustments, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in civil or structural engineering with a strong background in project management and project scheduling. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Mathcad, and GIS software for design and analysis purposes. Hands-on experience with FEA software for structural analysis and system design validation. Familiarity with construction processes, civil engineering standards, geotechnical engineering principles, and technical writing practices. Knowledge of CAD drafting techniques combined with expertise in system design for infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. $86,745.35 - $104,467.52 per year
