This is an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field for 3 to 5 years, learning the technical details of ground improvement, shoring, and foundation drilling. What You Will Do You will learn the fundamentals of construction project management while assisting with job site operations.

Field Management:

Help manage job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Technical Execution:

Assist with the preliminary design, estimating, layout, and scheduling for shoring and foundation drilling projects.

Project Controls:

Collaborate with senior management to analyze data, track budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Problem Solving:

Adapt to challenges in real-time and communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management.

Growth:

Progressively take on more project management responsibility as you move toward a Project Manager role.

Qualifications Education:

BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly preferred.

Experience:

Some experience in the construction industry (Geotechnical or drilling experience is a plus).

Mindset:

Assertive, competitive, and tenacious with a desire to gain hands-on field experience.

Career Goals:

A clear desire to obtain a PE License and move into Project Management.

Requirements:
