This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across diverse technical areas, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of our building environments. 2 months
  • possible extension Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
Operate and calibrate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify system faults. Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as residential painting, welding, and general repairs to ensure building integrity. Manage work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and ensure timely completion. Resource's typical working day: Daily PM's

Licenses/Certifications:
Universal 608 is a plus 70 E training is a plus FMP trainings or certifications are a plus
Must Have Skills:
Commercial HVAC experience
  • Servicing background
  • Rooftop units (Package unit)
  • Mini cooling towers/air handlers Basic electrical experience
  • Lock out/tag out
  • Multimeter experience Able to read a blueprint/electrical schematic
