Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our Land Development Engineering Department. We are looking for dynamic and experienced engineers who are dedicated to continuous professional growth and expanding their expertise. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects Demonstrate expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects Effectively communicate with agencies and clients Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exhibit attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e., leads by example) Demonstrate successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management Maintain registration as an engineer in the state of California Requirements Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc., required for land development projects Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design
