We invite you to consider the opportunity to join our team as a Structural Project Engineer (PE Required). Projects include waterproof decks, balconies, structural repairs, dry rot restoration, and foundation reinforcement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in the following areas: Prepare structural engineering plans, calculations, and stamped drawings for permit approval. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and city building departments during project execution. Ensure all engineering work complies with California Building Code (CBC) requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have: Active Professional Engineer (PE) License — Civil or Structural (required) . Experience with residential and multi-family structural engineering projects. Strong knowledge of decks, balconies, structural footings, framing systems, and reinforcement design. Experience preparing structural calculations and permit-ready documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software. Familiarity with California permitting processes and building departments.
