This role will work closely with project managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical construction , project coordination, estimating, material procurement, and construction documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day construction project operations and coordination. Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. Assist with material takeoffs, procurement, and order tracking. Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors. Support estimating activities, change order pricing, and cost tracking. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and material deliveries. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Communicate project updates with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist with design-build projects and engineering coordination. Attend project meetings and job site visits as needed. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical construction as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, or related role. High School Diploma or GED. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
