Job Description

We're Hiring An opportunity is available for a motivated early-career Assistant Civil Engineer to gain hands-on experience supporting land development and infrastructure projects. This role is designed for individuals looking to build technical expertise, strengthen design skills, and work alongside experienced engineering professionals in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of engineering plans, calculations, and technical documents for site development projects. Support the design of grading, drainage, utility, and roadway improvements under the guidance of senior engineering staff. Utilize engineering and drafting software to develop project deliverables. Verify the accuracy and quality of assigned work prior to review and final submission. Collaborate with project teams to support successful project execution and delivery. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university. Preferred Credentials Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination is preferred. Experience Entry-level position; prior professional experience is not required. Core Competencies Foundational understanding of civil engineering concepts and analytical problem-solving. Familiarity with CADD software and standard engineering applications. Ability to interpret and assist in the preparation of technical drawings and construction documents. Understanding of quality control practices and attention to detail.
