We solve complex challenges for our clients in ways others can't — or won't. We're looking for a Project Engineer who loves organization, takes ownership, and sees every project through from preconstruction to closeout. If you're the person who tracks every submittal, follows up before anyone asks, and takes pride in a zero-punchlist — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Submit all preconstruction and construction submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation; track approvals and responses and maintain Egnyte folders updated daily Support the Project Manager in driving the project's overall flow effectively from inception to completion Lead client interaction during the preconstruction and project closeout phases Create preconstruction documents and manage the full submittal register and status tracking Assist with project closeout per company procedures — collect all information prior to job end so closeouts are completed and submitted within one week of final walkthrough Prepare warranty letters and coordinate with President for signature Ensure compliance with all internal and external record-keeping requirements Assist with coordinating subcontractors and/or procurement of construction materials Track and manage subcontractor progress Perform Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle Serve as the Paradigm expert in Egnyte — train field leads, SSHOs, and new employees on the program and filing system Train field supervisors on daily reports: where to find forms, how to complete and submit Support daily project coordination and other tasks as assigned What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field Experience with construction software preferred; strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication Ability to prioritize, manage time, and follow up — consistently and proactively Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teammates Our Values — and Yours We don't just post values on a wall.
