This role is ideal for an entry-level to early-career engineer who is eager to build hands-on experience in construction materials testing, quality control, and both field and laboratory operations. About the Role As a Staff Engineer, you will support a variety of projects involving the testing and evaluation of construction materials. You'll work closely with senior engineers and gain valuable exposure to real-world engineering applications, data analysis, and quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing laboratory and field testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt Perform and support data analysis and interpretation of test results Prepare clear, accurate, and timely technical reports Support senior engineers with project execution and quality assurance activities Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures Collaborate with team members across field and lab operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Active Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to develop their engineering career.
