Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Simi Valley, CA. The Associate Attorney will handle various legal tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in matters related to labor and employment law. Additional responsibilities include managing client cases, participating in negotiations, and ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in construction and/or engineering law Proficiency in providing legal advice and conducting thorough research Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar Previous experience in a law firm or related legal environment is preferred Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
