Field Engineer - Commercial Construction A leading commercial contractor is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support project teams across active commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in construction operations while gaining hands-on experience in project execution, coordination, and field management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to support field operations while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations on active commercial construction projects
• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for project accuracy
• Conduct job site walks and assist with quality control efforts
• Track project progress and support schedule updates
• Assist with material coordination and delivery tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and job site procedures Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 0-5+ years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, or project support roles
• Internship or field experience within construction preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced field environment

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience)
