Aurora, CO (On-site) Job Description As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will join a small but growing team (currently three engineers) working on a wide range of industrial projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in structural design, analysis, and 3D modeling while receiving strong mentorship and training. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with strong academic performance and a desire to learn. This organization is a well‑established industrial engineering and construction firm with more than 40 years of experience delivering complex projects across airports, parcel/postal systems, food & beverage, automotive, and heavy industrial sectors. The structural engineering team is expanding, and the company is seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer to support continued growth and innovation in industrial systems. Responsibilities Prepare structural drawings, designs, and calculations for industrial projects. Perform structural analysis and modeling using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD
Pro, SAP2000, and RISA 3D (training provided as needed). Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting parcel, postal, food & beverage, airport, and industrial system projects. Assist sr. engineers throughout all phases of project execution, from concept through completion. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Essential Skills BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, or MS in Structural Engineering. Coursework in steel design and structural analysis required. Experience or exposure to 3D modeling and structural analysis software preferred (Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD
Pro, SAP2000, RISA 3D), but training will be provided. EIT certification preferred. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership potential.
