Job Description

Civil Engineer Opportunity A growing and highly respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects to join its collaborative and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and continue growing technically and professionally within a supportive environment that values innovation, responsiveness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and designing projects of varying size and complexity while delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects Coordinate engineering design efforts and oversee project deliverables Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance Apply knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and industry standards to deliver effective solutions Support project execution from concept through construction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred PE license preferred or ability to obtain licensure 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects Working knowledge of Civil 3D preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

ATIND Pay:
$95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
