This role works closely with the Project Manager to support projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders. Projects may include modular data centers, power modules, and critical infrastructure systems, requiring strong technical coordination, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced construction and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the coordination and execution of modular construction and mission critical projects. Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and project logs. Assist with customer and subcontractor communication by tracking action items, distributing updates, and maintaining follow-up documentation. Coordinate internally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and material readiness. Support project controls including budgets, schedule updates, billing documentation, and project tracking reports. Assist with permitting and licensing coordination, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Track material deliveries, including owner-furnished equipment and long-lead items, and communicate schedule impacts as needed. Prepare change order documentation including cost backup, scope clarifications, and tracking logs. Manage the submittal process including preparation, distribution, approval tracking, and status updates. Maintain project registers including RFI logs, submittal logs, risk trackers, and procurement tracking reports. Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, mission critical, or modular infrastructure projects preferred. Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong understanding of construction materials, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project coordination processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Project. Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar construction software preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modular construction, mission critical facilities, data centers, or power infrastructure projects. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) methodologies. Understanding of project controls, procurement workflows, and manufacturing coordination. Exposure to construction permitting, submittal workflows, and change management processes.
