Job Description Key Responsibilities As a Project Engineer , you will support the Project Manager in delivering complex, ground-up projects while maintaining strong coordination with field teams and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with full project lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout Supporting buyout and subcontract administration Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders Tracking budgets, costs, and financial controls Generating schedules and supporting contract documentation Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Attending and documenting meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the project MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Successful Applicant For the Project Engineer role we are seeking: 1+ years of experience with a General Contractor (required) Background in multifamily or commercial construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments Strong ownership mindset and minimal need for oversight Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, cost controls, and schedule management Consistent stability and growth in previous roles What's on Offer What's on Offer $70,000
